The Citizen's Park Playground Project consisted of a group of timber framed gazebos, shelters, pavilions, an amphitheater, a warming shelter and gathering room for a great public park. All structures feature douglas fir timber framing, love the arched beams!

Timber Frame Design & CAD Technology...

Our Professional Engineer PJZ has been learning Solid Works and so far he likes it. Vermont Timber Works is thinking about adding Solid Works...I'll keep you posted.

DataCAD has been our program of choice for years, we like that better than AutoCAD. With Computer Assisted Design Programs we are able to create timber framing shop drawings for client approval as well as finalize timber framing joint details for our shop crew. Something like the drawing shown below of our Spruce Camp Lodge.
